2×4 Cowboy Stew. Place browned beef in stew pot, stir in beans, soups, and tomatoes. Fill bean cans with water and add to desired consistency. I use two cans of water.
When I make this I have to double the recipe because it tastes even better the next day! Ranch Style beans are a western style pinto bean. Pour the tomatoes into the pot with the meat, and stir in the potatoes, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes with chilies, mixed vegetables and water. You can have 2×4 Cowboy Stew using 4 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you achieve that.
Ingredients of 2×4 Cowboy Stew
- It’s 2 lb of ground chuck.
- Prepare 2 can of Chili Beans.
- It’s 2 can of Minestrone Soup.
- You need 2 can of Ro-tel Tomatoes.
Season with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. This is delicious and very easy to make! I like making this because it's tasty and it makes plenty of leftovers for later in the week.

Foods That Make Your Mood Better A lot of us have been taught to think that comfort foods are terrible and to be avoided. At times, if your comfort food is essentially candy or other junk foods, this is true. Otherwise, comfort foods can be super healthy and good for you. A number of foods actually do improve your mood when you eat them. If you feel a little bit down and need a happiness pick me up, try a few of these. Eggs, believe it or not, can be truly wonderful at fighting back depression. Just be sure that you don’t get rid of the egg yolk. The egg yolk is the part of the egg that is the most crucial in terms of helping you cheer up. Eggs, the yolk in particular, are high in B vitamins. These B vitamins are terrific for helping to raise your mood. This is because the B vitamins help your neural transmitters–the parts of your brain that dictate your mood–run better. Try to eat an egg and feel happier! Make a trail mixfrom a variety of seeds and nuts. Almonds, cashews, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc are all good for raising your mood. This is because seeds and nuts have lots of magnesium which raises your brain’s serotonin levels. Serotonin is known as the “feel good” chemical and it tells your brain how you should be feeling all the time. The more serotonin you have, the more pleasant you will feel. Not just that, nuts, specifically, are a great protein food source. Cold water fish are excellent for eating if you are wanting to fight depression. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, and so on, they’re all chock-full of omega-3 and DHA. DHA and omega-3s are two things that really help the grey matter in your brain work a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can actually help you fight back depression. Grains can be wonderful for driving away a bad mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really wonderful for helping boost your happiness levels. They fill you up better and that can help you with your moods as well. Feeling starved can be terrible! These grains can improve your mood as it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your sugar levels which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place. Your mood can truly be helped by green tea. You knew green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea has been found to be packed full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies prove that this particular amino acid can essentially stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while at the same calming the rest of your body. You already knew green tea could help you be better. Now you know that green tea helps you to lift your moods too! Now you know that junk food isn’t necessarily what you need to eat when you are wanting to help your moods get better. Try a few of these hints instead.
