  1. Prepare 1/2 kg of Turai (Ridge gourd).
  2. It’s 3 of tomato.
  3. You need 1 piece of grated ginger.
  4. It’s 1/2 tsp of rai daana.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of haldi.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  8. You need 1 pinch of hing.
  9. You need 1 serving spoon of sarso ka tel.
