Oha soup instructions
- Wash and cook the cocoyam.cook for 35minutes..
- Peel and pound with mortar,pound very well to avoid lumps..
- Boil the meat and stockfish with maggi and salt..
- When the meat is done,pour in water for the soup and boil for 3mins..
- Add the cocoyam,mould it in balls and add inside,pour in palmoil..
- Boil for 15minutes,add the ogiri by now the soup will be a bit thick..
- Boil for 5minutes,add crayfish,fresh pepper,maggi,uziza(blended) and salt..
- Cut the oha and wash..
- Boil for 7-10mins.taste for salt.
- Add the oha leaves.boil for 2mins soup is good to go..
