Kachhi kerri ka murabba step by step
- Peel off raw mango and grate it..
- Crushed dry fruits.
- In a nonstick pan take ghee…heat it..
- Add grated raw mango till it becomes golden in colour..
- Add dry fruits and again saute it for 2-3 min..
- Then add water in it let it should be boil till mango becomes tender.
- Then add sugar boil it and keep it on simmer till it becomes slight thick.
- Add red colour and salt.turn off the gas after one minute.
- Serve in bowl…decorate it with crushed pista..
