- After then for sugar syrup take a pan, keep on the gas flame, then insert sugar, water, cardamom powder, saffron water and lemon juice and boiled upto 8-10 minutes..
- Then rest it upto 10 minutes..
- Then from dough make small ball, press at the center, then fry these at medium flame..
- After then put into the sugar syrup for five to ten minutes..
- Then serve with chopped pista, badam and kaju..
