Made with mu (or moo), Korean radish, this dish is called mu namul. If you remember from my kkakdugi post, Korean radish is a variety of white radish (aka daikon) and has firm crisp flesh and a slightly sweet and peppery taste. - Prepare 15 of cm Daikon radish.
- It’s 1 pinch of Salt (to salt the daikon).
- You need 1 tsp of Chicken stock granules.
- You need 1 of Salt (for seasoning).
- You need 1 tbsp of Sesame oil.
- It’s 1 pinch of Black pepper.
