  1. سب سے پہلے جے ائل گرم کرکے پیاز کو ہلکا براؤن فرائی کریں پھر اس کے اندر زیرہ ادرک لہسن ہلکا سا بھون پھر اس کے اندر تورہ کو بھونے پھر اس میں نمک کٹی لال مرچ ہلدی ڈال کر گلنے کے لیے رکھ دیں جب توری گل جائے تو اس میں ہری مرچ ہرا دھنیا اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں 4 5 منٹ تک آپ کی تھوڑی تیار ے.
