- Prepare 250 grms of Khoya.

- It’s 1 tbsp of Fine sugar.
Add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and vanilla extract. Mix them thoroughly and shape them into small ladoos (balls). Once again dunk them in dried coconut and serve. Prepared with semolina, almond flour and sweetened with caramel.

- Fry the khoya in ghee till golden brown.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Add Caramel syrup and mix well.
- When the ghee starts to leave the pan, close the stove and let it cool. Once cool take a small portion and roll into a laddoo. Apply some ghee on the palms before rolling.
- Roll the laddoos in the sugar just to coat them.
